Bill was staring at every one with empty eyes.
-You know Bill, they are right, I dunno why you act like that….said Georg
-May be you need to stop drinking energetics? said Gustav as usually looking down…
-Guys stop it! He is stressed! He is tired! He needs to rest…said Tom
But Bill couldn’t support that critic any more, and he left the room….
-You see? Just stop squeeze him! We’ll continue tomorrow…..Now I need to talk to him…and Tom left the room after his brother.
~Flash Back~
-The band that overrides all over the world, the band that takes the award The Best Band 2007, is the band from…..Germany…This band, as you all guess it, is Tokio Hotel! Guys come’ on the stage! You’ve got this award from MTV!You earned it! Congratulations!
The auditorium break out in applauses! The guys was really happy, they thank their producers, and go on the stage. As usual Bill was the first, after him, like his shadow came Tom. Guys said thanking words laconic, but this words were that they really was thinking at, this words really represented their emotions and feelings. The One who tried to impress every one and the One who didn’t manage it was Bill. His too perfect words, like he told not what he thinks, but what he had to learn. He was speaking not about how he felt, but as he think it would be right, he wanted to please the producers, the auditorium, but it was a wrong step. His twin brother, Tom, saw the wrong behave of Bill and took the second microphone, and tried to break singer’s discourse and he DID IT! The applauses continued….
~End of Flash Back~
Tom enters Bill’s hotel room, but there was nobody. Tom walks through the room getting lost in it’s darkness. He stops near the window, he hides his look in the night street. Suddenly he observes on the sill a paper, actually it was a letter. Tom reads it:” Dear Tom, you are the one who cares about me, but I really can’t bear it any more. I’m sorry, I don’t wonna hurt you, but I can’t! Please forgive me, do this for the last time. I think you have observed that I’m dieing inside, and nothing can help me. I’ll miss you, but I can’t. Sorry. I love you, and I always do.” Tom throws a view through the window, he sees a dark silhouette moving in night. Actually he saw only a shadow, but he is sure it is Bill, ‘cause they are twins and their connection is very strong, he feels Bill’s soul even if he is far away. Their could understand each other with out words, it’s look like they read each others thoughts. Tom knows that there is something wrong, he was afraid that Bill can make a fatal mistake, and he needs him. So Tom gotta out after his bro’. He was running through the night to reach over Bill and stop him. They need to talk as they do it earlier. ‘Cause the last time they did it, was in day of their 18th birthday, after that cool party they organized. They always are happy to spend their time together, alone. Tom must protect Bill, his lil’ brother.
Tom runs as fast as he can, he looks after Bill in empty streets…He sees Bill’s messages on the walls, there was written” I’m sorry bro’….I love you bro’….” At last he sees once more that shadow in a little night street. He sees a silhouette that is writing something on the wall. He sees that it was Bill, but he knew it already. He knows also that Bill knew that Tom stays at his back, at a distance of less 10 metres. But he doesn’t stop writing. When he finished, goes away like a ghost. Tom comes closer and he reads the inscription, that says:” Please don’t try to stop me, cuz I can’t any more…..Let me go…please…let me go…”
The anxiety in his soul was growing up.
-I’m sorry but I have to stop you…I must….Hit me, but don’t hurt yourself….Tom whispered, but he knows that Bill also felt his words.
He continued to move in night to reach his brother. He goes through that empty and dark streets that was so cold. He is going after Bill like his shadow. Tom turns a corner and he sees that Bills stops moving. Tom comes closer, and understands that his twin is n the edge of the bridge….He comes closer and he hears Bills voice:
-I have to do this, why don’t you understand this? I have to do this…
-Just stop talking full shit. ….Tom says badly worried.
-Why can’t you let me go? I just ask you for this…please let me go…Bill whispered.
-Stop talking shit!...Tom cries out and he feels how a tear flaws down his cheek.
Bill’s view was still lost in the night sky. The silence doesn’t outlast more that a minute. It was difficult to talk to both of them, but the silence was killing Tom. He knows that he should do something to stop Bill. The words were heavy that moment.
-Please….please….don’t jump! You don’t see that I need you? I really do! You are my twin, you are a part of me, a part of my soul! If you’ll jump, I’ll not survive, I’ll have to jump after you…Tom said it with out breathing, and when he finished his speech his heart just stop beating.
-Thank you for defending from producers….and from guys…Bill said with a too calm voice. He was trying to hide the pain and the tears that were coming out his brown eyes that were lost in the night skies.
-Bill! Just stop acting like you don’t hear me, like my words don’t touch you. We both stay on the edge in the mid-night and we both are crying. I’ll tell it the first….It’s hurt me, I feel the pain inside me….I love you…you are my twin…you are that part of me that I miss. We are always near, but so far away….I love you….please don’t leave me alone Bill…you are my brother and I love you….with this words the tears escape from his eyes, but they could not wash away the pain from his heart….He wipes away the tears, but they come again….he just couldn’t face on it…
-Bill…tell me something…or….for you it’s just the same? Bill you hurt me, and I’m sure it hurts you too!
There was no answer, Tom heard how Bill was crying, but he was crying too!
-I’ll let you to do every thing you want, ‘cause I love you and I’m ready to suffer all my life…but I’ll not promise you that I’ll be able to put up with the pain you make me feel…I’ll not promise you that I’ll be ever happy… I’ll not promise you that I’ll could survive…You always could ask me for every thing, even you can ask me to jump for you, to give you my soul, to forgive you….I’ll promise you just a thing bro’, I’ll always love you…you’ll always be my lil’ twin brother, you’ll always rest locked in my heart…I can’t stay it...I let you….have to go…I just can’t stay here anymore….I need you, I’ll always need you…I’ll NEVER forget you…Forgive me for every thing…Forgive me for my weakness, for my tears, for every thing…I love you, Bill…I love you…I love…I love……
With this words Tom goes away. He just can’t stay anymore on the bridge. He knows that he must let Bill go, but it hurts him that he can’t stop him.
Bill rests alone. He stays at the height and he is lost in the darkness of his life. He is still crying.
The pain is the inspiration, so he whispers:
- The first I'm on the edge
The sky will stay forever
Side to side with them
A ocazie that feels better
Dark is the light
I'm dying inside…..
He looks in night skies like hypnotic. Suddenly he wakes up and turns a little his had and he reminds how Tom left.
-You’re gone…..he whispered….
-Tom come back! I need you brother! I love you! Don’t leave me alone!...Bill cried out.
Bill runs away from the bridge…He looks for Tom…He comes to the hotel and goes upstairs as fast as he only could. He enters Tom’s room and find him on the edge of the opened window.
He comes closer to his second soul and see how tears are rolling down his cheeks, his brown eyes was empty. He looks in the night, and it seems like he is feeling comfortable alone in the darkness. Bill comes closer and hugs Tom.
Tom turns around and hugs his twin like they’ve meet after a long separation.
-Sorry….Sorry…Please never more let me go…Never leave me alone…I need you…I love you bro’…Bill says feeling guilty.
-Sorry that I left….We’ll rest together…Tom whispers….It’s gonna be alright…Look it’s getting light….We should go…This afternoon is our plane…We have to go in…mmm….oh, yeah…Moldova…they are waiting for us…
